The Transforming Divided Societies into Welcoming Communities project, led by  and  and funded by the , ran from February 2021 to July 2022. The project built on prior research to address challenges faced by migrants in Northern Ireland's post-conflict society. It collected targeted data to enhance newcomer participation in social and economic life and informed policy development. By collaborating with newcomer NGOs and policymakers, the project sought to close participation gaps and address exclusion and discrimination, fostering a more inclusive society.
