Sharing Disclosure Information

In some situations, the University is required to share the information relating to your Enhanced Disclosure Certificate (criminal history check), Certificate of Good Conduct or Self-Disclosure with, a placement provider (e.g. a HSC organisation/employer), a regulatory body, the  or another relevant third party.  Regulatory bodies may require records of meetings where this information was discussed substantially after the date of the check.  Please note this information will only be held and shared where required and your details will be processed in adherence with Data Protection principles.  The University's Privacy Notice is available [HERE - LINK TO FOLLOW]
