Dr Elena Caoduro is Senior Lecturer in Film & Media at °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Belfast. Her research explores cinema, cultural memory, nostalgia, and political violence in European screen cultures.
She is author of the forthcoming monograph Retro Terror in German and Italian Cinema: Memory, Nostalgia and Left-Wing Terrorism (Edinburgh University Press), and co-editor of and .
She teaches across film and broadcast production, with a special interest in gender studies and feminist film/media theory.
