Queen’s University Belfast welcomed delegates from around the world for a special three day international conference to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Good Friday/Belfast Agreement from 17 – 19 April.
The conference recognised the achievements of those who negotiated and signed the 1998 Belfast/Good Friday Agreement (GFA); celebrated the role of women in peacebuilding; amplified the voice of the next generation of young leaders and aimed to create a dialogue towards social and economic solutions to the major issues that will impact the region over the next 25 years.
